This list is an independent sub list based on the school selection needs of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and related parents. The data for these lists comes from the global database (1550) collected by the "2025 HKEP Global Top 100 Most Education Competitive International Schools" evaluation project, which includes 302 schools in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and schools for foreign children in mainland China (excluding...). Data on 116 schools offering international courses for mainland students, And adopt a global ranking system for evaluation.
In this year's evaluation, Hong Kong, as the region with the highest IB scores in the world, once again occupied the majority of the "HKPEP Top 50 China Greater Bay Area International Schools in Education Competitiveness 2025" list with 36 top scorers who achieved a perfect score of 45 in the 2024 IB exam and an average IB score of 36.62, far exceeding the global average of 30.32. A total of 27 Hong Kong international schools were selected, an increase of one from last year. Other selected schools include 9 in Shenzhen, 8 in Guangzhou, 2 each in Zhuhai, Foshan, and Huizhou, and 1 in Macau.
As for the list of "HKPEP Top 50 China Mainland International Schools for Foreign Children in Education Competitiveness 2025", Shanghai schools have obvious advantages, occupying 19 schools, 7 schools in Beijing, 4 schools each in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, 3 schools each in Suzhou and Qingdao, 2 schools in Nanjing, and 1 school each in Chongqing, Changchun, Xi'an, Wuhan, Chengdu, Foshan, Tianjin, Ningbo, and Dalian.
